Book Fair Signing, getting in front of the camera and making friends!

Big news Soulbounders! I’ll be signing books at the Happily Ever After Book Fair in Liverpool in February 2026! Cue nervous squeals and lots of dramatic flailing.

This will be my first ever book signing, and honestly, the fact that I get to meet real-life humans who have read my book (or might want to — bless you) is absolutely wild to me. I’m beyond excited… but also nervous as hell. What if I forget how to spell my own name? What if I say something weird like “happy birthday” when someone says “nice to meet you”? (These are real concerns.)

But truly — I’m so grateful to be part of this event. If you’re going, please come say hi! I’ll be the one with the slightly terrified smile and way too many pens.

Greece Is Calling and I Must Go

In slightly sunnier news, I’m also gearing up for my summer holiday back home to Greece! I cannot wait to get back — salty sea air, sunshine, my mum’s cooking, and all the nostalgic feels. It's been too long and I plan to eat my bodyweight in feta, swim until I’m pruney, and maybe even sneak in a little beach writing (no promises though — naps are also a strong contender).

Mindfulness, Forest Bathing & Talking to Trees

In a surprising turn of events, I’ve also been getting into mindfulness and soaking up as much nature as I can lately. I’ve even tried forest bathing — which sounds like something fairies do, but is actually just walking through the woods without scrolling on your phone every five seconds. Revolutionary, I know.

It turns out that being surrounded by trees and letting yourself just be is not only good for the soul, but also great for creative inspiration. 10/10, would recommend. It’s like free therapy, but with squirrels.

Lights, Camera, Drama Queen!

Another thing I’ve been doing that’s slightly outside my comfort zone (and a little bit inside my inner diva zone) is making videos for You & Only You, my debut book. I’ve been hopping on camera to chat about my writing process, share the main tropes (hello enemies to lovers, anyone?), and generally show my very expressive, slightly chaotic face.

As an indie author, I didn’t just want to post static graphics and aesthetic reels — I really wanted to connect with readers in a more me way. And honestly? I’m loving it. I am a bit of a drama queen (okay, fine, a lot of one), but it’s been so much fun pulling back the curtain and sharing the real behind-the-scenes stuff.

So, if you’ve seen me pop up in your feed lately talking about character angst or doing a happy dance when someone adds my book to their TBR — thank you for watching and for being part of this wild and wonderful ride.

 Indie Authors Unite!

Since joining Instagram, I’ve made a ton of brilliant indie author buddies — and together, we’ve been working on world domination (okay, mostly in the Bookstagram world, but still). Making fun reels, doing interviews, hyping each other up, and generally just being a supportive bunch is honestly one of my favourite things about social media.

Being an indie author can sometimes feel like you’re doing it all alone — but having a circle of like-minded authors to share the highs, the lows, the random writing memes, and the TikTok meltdowns? Total game changer.

If you want to find out more about our little sisterhood — and maybe even discover a new favourite author — come hang out with me over on my socials!
