Bringing Isaac to Life (and Other Wild Adventures)

It’s been a wild few weeks, so I wanted to take a moment to catch you up on everything that’s been happening—both in my writing world and real life (because wow, it’s been a lot).

First and most excitingly… Isaac has a voice.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with the insanely talented Brandon Francis, a brilliant voice actor who has brought my brooding, protective, morally grey MMC to life in ways I could only dream of. He’s created a series of audio demos—little teasers and sneak peeks from You & Only You—that capture Isaac’s intensity, vulnerability, and downright magnetic energy so perfectly that I got literal chills the first time I listened.

Some of these snippets are hands-down my favourite parts of the book — scenes that really show Isaac in all his complicated glory. From steamy, spicy moments to his fiercely possessive streak, Brandon captures every shade of Isaac’s character with absolute precision. He’s been a joy to work with, and together we’ve crafted seven audio teasers that give readers a taste of exactly what to expect from Isaac Taylor.

Hearing Isaac say her name, whisper his truths, or growl his warnings? It hits different—and I can’t wait to share more with you.

On the personal front, life has thrown me a curveball or two. I have recently got a new job, which is both exciting and chaotic in the best way. Oh—and I also sold my house, so it’s been a season of major change and big energy. Expect ranting vlogs at some point about the dreaded joys of moving home!

In short: it’s all go, go, go, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
